Ordering Personalized products

Our personalized products are custom made with your artwork, photo or design and choice of words. Our research for the best papers and accurate image reproduction will satisfy the most discerning of customers.

Image Guidelines

Items that you want made into products shall be in good condition, no wax (crayon like material), wet oil or sparkles will be accepted. We will not restore old photos,artwork or film. When creating a piece of art, quality paper (not copy paper). Wrinkly paper creates dark shadows on the product. Coloring book pages are too brown and we advise against them. Too many words on the product will be shrunk down to fit on layout, not advisable...keep it simple but sweet.

Because of this custom creation of your special products, the manufacturing process will generally take 3 - 7 business days to complete.

Your Responsibilities

* We will refuse to process an order in which it is suspected that you do not own copyrights or have copy permission.

* We will refuse an order if we feel it is from the "naughty or vulgar file."

* We cannot be held responsible for your error when manufacture ring an order.

Sending artwork to us

Shipped items- photos, artwork, films etc.

* All products sent through the mail should be sent in a waterproof pouch, since moisture will damage the product for manufacturing.

* We are not responsible for damaged items sent through the postal mail.

* W e will contact you if your items shipped are damaged in anyway.

* All items (ie. artwork, photo, film) shipped for scanning will be returned to you with your order

* You must place your contact information: name, address, email is preferable, on items shipped to insure their safe return. We are not responsible for items that are lost with out proper identification.

Sending Checks or Money Order

Printacular accepts personal, business, cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. The check or money order must be payable to Printacular and include your web
order number and/or a copy of your order. Please mail your payment to:

Printacular must receive your payment within 15 calendar days or your order will be canceled.

* We will not process orders until your check clears.

* Returned checks will be charged $20 fee.


Order Processing and Returns

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is expected on every product we produce. If upon receipt of your product you are not satisfied due to manufacturing error :

* You will be required to contact us before returning your product.

* If we agree your product has a problem, you will return the product back to Printacular.

* Upon receipt of the product(s), our customer service will inspect the product for quality assurance and refund your money if applicable.

Completed orders will be shipped in a timely manner depending on when received and holidays. We ship in a waterproof pouch with the exception of the framed print.

Credit Card Security Codes

Printacular requires the credit card security code for your card for any online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.
